Delivery Policy (Gordon and Loop)

We offer free delivery across the UK. Delivery charges may apply for shipping internationally. These policies only apply to Eskimo Gordon and Loop.

  • For items in stock, delivery times usually range from 2 to 5 business days in the UK. Out-of-stock items will be clearly indicated on the Cart page during the ordering process. Preorder delivery times are estimated to be between 1 to 4 weeks. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please feel free to inquire. Please note that these estimates are subject to change. International deliveries may take 5-12 days.

  • DELIVERY

    1.1 The delivery dates or periods mentioned in the Contract are considered as estimates only, unless specifically agreed in writing as "essential to the Contract." In the absence of such special agreement, the Seller assumes no liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer due to any failure on the Seller's part to deliver the Goods within the mentioned dates or periods.

  • 1.2 The Seller may deliver the Goods in advance of the quoted delivery date after providing reasonable notice to the Buyer.

  • 1.3 If the Goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery will be treated as a separate Contract. Failure by the Seller to deliver one or more instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the Buyer regarding any instalment does not entitle the Buyer to consider the entire Contract as repudiated.

  • 1.4 If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods (or any instalment) due to any reason other than causes beyond their reasonable control or the fault of the Buyer, and the Seller is liable to the Buyer, the Seller's liability will be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (at the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.

  • 1.5 If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or provide adequate delivery instructions at the agreed-upon time (unless due to causes beyond the Buyer's reasonable control or the Seller's fault), the Seller reserves the right to:

    1.5.1 Store the Goods and charge the Buyer reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage after a period of 2 weeks from the date the Buyer is notified that the Goods are ready for delivery.

    1.5.2 Sell the Goods at the best available price after 2 weeks, deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses. The Seller will account for the excess over the Contract price or charge the Buyer for any shortfall.

  • 1.6 Delivery is deemed to have occurred when the Goods leave the Seller's premises, whether carried by the Seller or an independent carrier.

    1.7 Delivery will be made to the Buyer's address unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Seller.

    1.8 Specific locations may incur delivery charges by the Seller's current price list or any prior notification provided by the Seller.

    1.9 The Buyer or their authorized representative must sign for delivery. Once the proof of delivery is signed, and subject to Clause 7.10, the Goods will be considered accepted by or on behalf of the Buyer. Before signing for delivery, the Buyer must verify that the correct quantity of Goods has been delivered and that the packaging is undamaged. The Seller cannot accept qualifications in the signature (such as "unexamined") for subsequent claims.

  • 1.10 The Buyer is not required to open packaging or unpack Goods intended for storage before use. However, if the Buyer has not immediately inspected the Goods and the packaging is undamaged, any damage to the Goods must be notified to the Seller within 3 days of inspection or 1 week from delivery, whichever occurs earlier. Failure to comply with this provision relieves the Seller of any obligation to replace or repair damaged Goods.

  • 1.11 International replacements are acceptable, however, the customer would pay for the replacement carriage charge if replacing without any factory/manufacturing defects.

  • 1.12 Eskimo would not be responsible for delays caused due to customs clearance issues. Depending on your state/country and province, you may need to pay additional import duties. We would assist you in the best way possible with the required paperwork and support.

Returns Policy

We're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you receive a product that doesn't match the description or image on our website, we're here to assist you. Please continue reading for the necessary steps to initiate a product return. This returns policy only applies to Gordon electric towel rails.

WARRANTY

Your Gordons internals are covered by a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The rail has a 10-year warranty.

  • RETURNS POLICY

  • To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in their original packaging and remain undamaged within a reasonable timeframe (7 days).

  • Goods will only be accepted if they are in their original manufactured condition. Please note that the seller assumes no liability for any additional parts included in the return.

  • The decision to issue a credit note for the accepted goods lies solely at the seller's discretion.

  • Prior written agreement from the seller is required before returning any goods.

  • The buyer is responsible for covering the freight or shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes or duties associated with returning the goods.

    RETURN PROCEDURES

  • In the case of goods that are not up to standard, we will repair or refund the product. Before we can issue a refund, you are required to return the product to us for inspection, at your cost, at which point the decision to repair or refund is based solely on the discretion of Eskimo.

  • Eskimo will not be held liable for any labour costs associated with the fitting of original or replacement Gordons.

  • If a manufacturing defect is detected in a Gordon towel rail within the warranty period, we would arrange for a pickup from your address and would re-deliver it after repair. The entire process could take up to 4 weeks.
